Consent to Release and Limited Contestant(s) Use of Each Submitted Video
Each and every contestant, consents to allow the Scopitone and Elegangz to use their name, likeness and submitted video on the official Scopitone and Elegangz Web site, on other Web sites related to the campaign, in any advertisements promoting these sites, and any subsequent broadcast or transmission of the submitted video regardless of medium or format.
